We're sorry to see you go. Here's what you need to know about deleting your account.
Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives:
- Cancel subscription: Keep your data, stop paying. Learn more
- Downgrade: Switch to a lower plan if cost is an issue
- Export first: Download all your campaigns before deleting
What Gets Deleted
Account deletion is permanent. The following will be permanently erased:
- Your profile and login credentials
- All brand profiles
- All campaigns and generated content
- All shared links
- Billing history
- Usage data
How to Delete Your Account
- Cancel your subscription first (if active)
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Account
- Enter your password to confirm
- Type "DELETE" to confirm you understand
- Click Permanently Delete Account
Team Accounts
If you're the Owner of a team account:
- You must remove all team members first
- Or transfer ownership to another Admin
- Deleting your account deletes the entire team's data
If you're a team member (not Owner), leaving the team doesn't affect anyone else's data.
Data Retention
After deletion:
- Your data is immediately removed from the app
- Backups are purged within 30 days
- We retain anonymized analytics (not linked to you)
Can I Recover My Account?
No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We cannot recover your data after deletion. Make sure to export everything important first.
This Action is Permanent
Once deleted, your account and all data cannot be recovered. If you're not sure, cancel your subscription instead — you can always delete later.
