Cancellation and Refunds

We make it easy to cancel if AdScail isn't right for you. Here's what you need to know.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Tell us why (optional but helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation

No hoops to jump through, no calling anyone, no guilt trips. Click and you're done.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Immediate: Your cancellation is confirmed
  • Until billing date: Full access continues
  • After billing date: Account moves to free tier
  • Your data: Campaigns and brand profiles are preserved

Free Tier Access

After cancellation, you can still:

  • View all existing campaigns
  • Edit campaigns manually
  • Export campaigns
  • Access brand profiles

You won't be able to generate new content without resubscribing.

Refund Policy

Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime and keep access until your next billing date.

Annual plans: We offer prorated refunds within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you can cancel but won't receive a refund for unused months.

Free trial: Cancel during your trial and you're never charged.

Reactivating

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Reactivate Subscription
  3. Choose your plan
  4. All your data is still there

Deleting Your Account

Canceling keeps your data. If you want everything deleted permanently:

  1. Cancel your subscription first
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. This is permanent and cannot be undone
