Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness of all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the effectiveness or results of any campaigns created using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdScail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdScail and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
