Managing Your Subscription

Here's how to upgrade, downgrade, or modify your AdScail subscription.

Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select Billing
  3. Or go directly to Settings → Billing

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the upgrade

Upgrades are immediate. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. New credits are added instantly.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Confirm the downgrade

Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan's features until then.

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Add a new card or update existing
  4. Set as default if you have multiple

Viewing Invoices

All invoices are available in Billing settings under Invoice History. Click any invoice to download a PDF.

Switching to Annual Billing

  1. Go to Billing settings
  2. Click Switch to Annual
  3. Save 20% (two months free)

You'll be charged the annual amount immediately, with credit for any unused time on your monthly plan.

Payment Issues?

If a payment fails, you'll have 7 days to update your payment method before your account is paused. We'll email you reminders.
