Exporting Your Campaigns

AdScail lets you export your campaigns in multiple formats for sharing, archiving, or integrating with other tools.

Export Formats

PDF Export

Best for: Sharing with clients, team presentations, archiving

• Clean, formatted document
• Includes all campaign sections
• Brand logo and colors included
• Print-ready layout

JSON Export

Best for: Developers, integrations, data processing

• Structured data format
• Easy to parse programmatically
• Import into other tools
• API-friendly

How to Export

1. Open the campaign you want to export
2. Click the Export button in the top right
3. Select your format (PDF or JSON)
4. Choose which sections to include (or select all)
5. Click Download

Sharing Campaigns

You can also generate a shareable link for any campaign. The recipient doesn't need an AdScail account to view it.

1. Click Share on any campaign
2. Choose link expiration (24 hours, 7 days, or never)
3. Copy the link and send it

Bulk Export

Growth and Enterprise plans can export multiple campaigns at once:

1. Go to Campaigns list view
2. Select campaigns using checkboxes
3. Click Export Selected
4. Download as a ZIP file
