Checking Your Balance
Your credit balance appears in the navigation bar. For detailed usage:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- View Credit Usage section
- See daily, weekly, and monthly breakdowns
- Track usage by campaign and action type
Maximizing Your Credits
- Fill out brand profiles completely: Better inputs = better first drafts = fewer regenerations
- Be specific in campaign questions: Vague inputs lead to vague outputs you'll want to redo
- Edit manually when possible: Small tweaks don't need AI regeneration
- Regenerate sections, not campaigns: 5 credits vs 50 credits
Credit Refresh
Credits refresh on your billing date each month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Running Low?
If you consistently run out before your renewal:
- Upgrade to a higher plan for more credits
- Contact us about custom credit packages
- Wait for your monthly refresh
Usage Alerts
We'll email you when you hit 80% and 95% of your monthly credits. You can adjust these alerts in Settings → Notifications.
