Changing Your Password

Keep your account secure by updating your password regularly.

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Confirm your new password
  6. Click Update Password

Password Requirements

Your new password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Include at least one uppercase letter
  • Include at least one lowercase letter
  • Include at least one number
  • Be different from your last 3 passwords

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't log in:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a reset link
  5. Click the link (valid for 1 hour)
  6. Create a new password

Social Login Users

If you signed up with Google or another social provider:

  • You don't have an AdScail password
  • To add one, click Set Password in Security settings
  • This lets you log in with email + password OR your social account

Security Best Practices

  • Use a unique password you don't use elsewhere
  • Consider using a password manager
  • Change your password if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Don't share your password with anyone

Didn't Request a Password Reset?

If you receive a password reset email you didn't request, your email might be compromised. Change your email password immediately and contact us.
